Great beds and good food

Smelly elevator, sketchy people outside

That was newly renovated hotel set in peaceful area, near the outlets as well as East Memphis. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the room, which was reasonably large with a pull out couch. Good position was an added bonus.

The accommodation was immaculately clean. The room was a nice size. The staff were all very helpful, excellent. Good service including a shuttle to the airport. I appreciated their free parking option.

To many children for one guest 16 kids with one guest is to many others could not swim in the pool

Absolutely nothing!!

Front desk staff was very rude. Very noisy building throughout the night. Rooms were not cleaned in a timely fashion. The power went out and stayed out for 4 hours inconviencing me and my friends. Overall terrible stay, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to stay here!!!

The location here is excellent - just a short walk to the venue and the mattress was comfortable.

I didn't like the loud music playing on my hall

Beautiful property, large really nice room, well appointed. Excellent internet, great bed, nice TV selection. Gary, the man who oversees breakfast is a diamond - wonderful man. Had a little issue and the on-duty manager really listened and worked to resolve it quickly. I travel a lot and highly recommend this property.

Only thing...wish I could have stayed longer.

Recently refurbished property with extremely spacious rooms. Very comfy beds, a recliner, a couch, and new carpet. Courteous staff offering early check-in and late check-out. Favorable location close to many activities and the center of Memphis.

My man and I stayed Fri-Sun. We went bowling Sat and came back to the room and had to have our card scanned again to get in our room---after we passed the front desk to get up to the room(314) and the card DON'T work....that irritated me. If you clearly got 2 nights pending on my bank account my card shouldn't need to be scanned after the first night for me to get back in my room-I've paid for 2 nights!

I feel like for the money I paid, it was not worth it. 100 plus dollars and a lady was smoking in the out of date elevator. The hallways were dingy looking. The doors were old. Seriously not worth what I paid. The room was fine but everything else I stated needs a great improvement.

Breakfast, hallways, elevator, the second hand smoke from the lady in the elevator. I should ask for my money back. Terrible visit.

The brand-new rooms here come with a couch and AC, making for a comfy stay; plus, the location is absolutely perfect, close to various dining spots, the zoo.

their breakfast: their waffle machine was not working nor their juice fountain. miss our plane because of Airport shuttle was late.

Good area hotel has went down since my stay last year
